Nefa and her coworker were so friendly and happy when I walked in! I was one of two other customers in the store and they were just so friendly and making small talk. It really turned my day around from it not being so great before I left the house. The service was excellent, the sandwich was really tasty and fresh, and the music was nice.

Out of towners had the Impossible steak sandwich ( Vegans here ). Was excellent. Employees were very helpful and courteous also. Would definitely return when we visit Vegas again. No inside bathroom though. I like to wash my hands before eating.

This place is hit or miss, it depends on the staff who is preparing your meals. But all in all I give it a good review . Love the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich .( No Mushrooms )

Sandwiches are always good. But service here is great. The main guy with the hat and long hair is either the owner or just really good at his job. These guys are always in good spirits and act how a shop should. I won't go to any other Capriotti's other than this one in the city. Worth it being a little more expensive to have stuff done the way you'd want it.

This has gotta be the best Capriotti's in the SW area. I live near Blue Diamond and I drive past 3 Capriotti's (BD/Cimarron, BD/Dec, and SouthernHighlands) to get to this one. There has to be some franchising stuff going down and those 3 Capriotti's are under new management because they just don't hit the same! They're the definition of shrinkflation and I refuse to support that, esp when you're paying PREMIUM PRICES for a sandwich. On the other hand, this Silverado one is still holding strong! Giving the proper portions we've all come to expect from Capriotti's. The food is always on point, I have yet to be disappointed yet. All in all, 5/5, always worth the drive!

Capriotti's is a staple in the Vegas community. The food is reliable, the service is great and it's an all-around great place to get a classic sandwich. Inside you'll find spacious interiors! I got the the Bobbi for obvious reasons -- Thanksgiving dinner in a sandwich is everything that I've ever dreamed of and it reminds me that unique sandwiches exist! I also opted in for the cheesesteak because I love hot sandwiches, too. Each half sandwich was around eight dollars which was pretty pricey in my opinion, but I know the quality of their sandwiches is worth the price.
